Responsibilities
- Assessing, monitoring, and responding to critically ill patients' conditions
- Administering complex medications and treatments
- Operating advanced life support equipment and performing hemodynamic monitoring
- Ensuring patient safety, comfort, and emotional needs
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and responses accurately
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Providing patient and family education about care and treatments
- Maintaining infection control protocols and participating in quality improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of one year recent ICU experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Physical ability to move and operate equipment
- Effective interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English, PC skills, and ability to work under pressure
