Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of one year ICU experience
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- PREFERRED: CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS certifications
- Requires critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, technical proficiency, and ability to work under pressure
Key Duties
- Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring
- Manage complex medications
- Operate life-support systems
- Respond to patient condition changes
- Document interventions
- Support patient and family education
