Travel Nurse - RN - ICU

Responsibilities

• Manage care for critically ill patients, including complex assessments and high-intensity therapies.
• Operate and ensure proper functioning of life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to signs of distress.
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Document medication administration meticulously.
• Assist with emergency procedures and perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
• Provide patient education and family support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS certification.
• Minimum of eighteen months recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
