Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license
- Experience in ICU or critical care (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills
- Adaptability to changing situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments
- Support patient recovery processes
- Follow established protocols and guidelines
- Document all care provided accurately and timely
- Maintain adherence to healthcare standards and regulations
Work Schedule
- 12-hour shifts, including days and nights
