Travel Nurse - RN - ICU

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing, monitoring, and providing critical care to ICU patients
• Operating advanced life-support equipment and administering complex treatments
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Performing advanced hemodynamic monitoring and documenting interventions
• Educating patients and families about treatments and recovery
• Adhering to infection control protocols and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications And Skills Required

• At least one year of recent ICU RN experience
• Valid RN license per state regulations
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
• Proficiency in clinical judgment, documentation, and teamwork

Preferred Certifications

• CCRN
• TNCC
• NHIS
