About the role

A House Supervisor RN provides administrative-level leadership of nursing services to the assigned unit or units. The primary role involves making decisions regarding patient care, admissions, and unit staffing. The position requires using experience to confidently lead and direct a team of fellow nurses and staff, ensuring the unit operates safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative-level leadership of nursing services to the assigned unit or unit(s).
• Makes decisions regarding patient care, admissions, and unit staffing.

• Ensures the unit operates safely and effectively.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current BLS certification.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
