Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home environment
- Assess patient health status and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of recent relevant experience
