Travel Nurse - RN - Home Health

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive home health care services to patients in New York, NY.
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform wound care as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in home health or outpatient care preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work independently and manage patient cases effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
