Travel Nurse RN - Home Health

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive home health nursing services to patients in their homes
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Educate patients and families on health management and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with healthcare regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license
• Experience in home health or related settings preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Career-oriented with strong attention to detail
