Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive home health nursing care to patients
- Administer treatments, medications, and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and documentation standards
- Educate patients and families on health management and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license
- BLS/BCLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; travel experience not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting
