Travel Nurse RN - Home Health

Role & Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for providing home health nursing care, incorporating organization’s values and goals.
• Deliver patient assessments, coordinate care plans, and ensure quality service.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license in NC
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
• At least 1 year of home health experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care protocols
