Travel Nurse RN - Float Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,295 per week

About the Role

Telemetry Medical Surgical Float (Telemtery MS Float) in a healthcare setting requiring a versatile and skilled registered nurse. This role involves providing patient care across medical-surgical and telemetry units, with flexibility for float coverage at multiple facility locations. The position starts on 09/08/2026 and concludes on 12/12/2026.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Duration: 14 weeks (09/08/2026 – 12/12/2026)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry units
• Float to multiple facilities within the region, including Laconia and Franklin locations as needed
• Complete a dysrhythmia exam during onboarding (preferred score of 80%)

Requirements

• Valid active New Hampshire (NH) or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license; verification through NURSYS report
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• At least 2 years of experience in telemetry or medical-surgical nursing
• Active Nurse Staffing and Scheduling (NHISS) certification required prior to start
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record system preferred but not required
• Up-to-date resume with at least 2 years of relevant experience and documentation of travel experience
• Requested Time Off (RTO) preferences must be submitted at time of application

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dysrhythmia Exam
• Proficiency in care of patients with various acuities and ratios
• Ability to float to multiple facilities as needed
