Travel Labor and Delivery Float Registered Nurse position in Mayfield, Kentucky. This role involves providing specialized obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic care within a 107-bed acute-care facility, serving a diverse patient population including OB/Nursery and occasional surgical cases. The position requires adaptability across different units and adherence to AWHONN standards to support patient needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care in Labor and Delivery, including obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic services
• Float across units as needed to support patient care
• Adhere to AWHONN patient ratios and standards
• Respond to as-needed call requirements and float rotation
• Serve as charge nurse when required

Requirements

• Active RN license in Kentucky
• ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of OB/Labor and Delivery experience
• OB/L&D and charge nurse experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and adaptability
• Scrub attire (any color); no casual wear

Schedule

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
