Registered Nurse (RN) with specialization in Medical Surgical Float position in Joplin, Missouri. This role involves operating within a fast-paced acute care setting, providing essential medical and surgical patient care. The position requires flexibility to float across units and deliver excellent patient-centered service.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical patient care in an acute care setting
• Float across units as needed (non-negotiable requirement)
• Act as Charge RN if needed
• Care for post-cardiac surgery, cardiac, and general medical patients

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an RN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with policies, procedures, and practices of the field
• Must wear black scrubs

Preferred Qualifications

• Telemetry experience
