Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: EndoscopyDiscipline: RNStart Date: 09/28/2026Duration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 10 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelJob Summary Endoscopy Lab Specialist ENDO LAB The healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Lab Specialist to support advanced procedures such as Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and other complex GI interventions. The role involves assisting with high-level endoscopic procedures, managing specialized equipment, and ensuring adherence to disinfection standards within a busy acute care setting. Job Details Position Description: Strong circulating and technologist skills for advanced GI procedures including EUS, ERCP, EMR/ESD, Enteroscopy, and Endolumenal Surgery. Responsibilities include handling specialized imaging catheters, assist with FNA tissue biopsies, setup for complex polyp removal, and assist with endoscopic suturing and stent deployment. Technicians are responsible for highly specialized, high-level disinfection and reprocessing of complex scopes in accordance with SGNA standards. RN candidates must pass a pass/fail exam on skills learned during orientation with a minimum score of 90%. Required Qualifications: No listed certifications, education, or degree requirements provided. 2 years of experience minimum. Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM 5:00 PM), plus weekly call coverage, including weeknights and weekends. Additional Information: Technicians and RNs will be expected to operate and troubleshoot ultrasound processors and assist with tissue biopsies, complex polyp removal, and device setup for structural GI interventions. Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care departments; refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract. Submission Requirements: Must submit a license to practice.
