Travel Nurse RN - Endoscopy - $2,425 per week

Job Summary

The Endoscopy Lab Specialist position is available in Asheville, North Carolina. This role provides specialized in-hospital endoscopy services within a high-volume, multidisciplinary department.

Job Details

• Location: 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• At least 2 years of in-hospital endoscopy experience
• Current scope of practice in endoscopy procedures
• Flexibility in scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

• Pulmonary procedural experience, including EBUS, Bronchoscopy, EGD, Colon, EUS, and ERCP procedures

Unit Information

• The endoscopy unit features 9 pre-op bays, 4 procedure rooms, and 6 PACU bays
• Equipment includes Olympus scopes and processors, ION system, Olympus ultrasound machine, and ERBE systems

Additional Information

• Candidates should be flexible and self-motivated
• The unit requires floating to the main post-anesthesia care unit, Phase II, pre-operative, and operating room areas if prior experience permits

Shift Details

• Work hours are 10-hour shifts, with a schedule beginning on 08/03/2026
• The candidate must be available for 2 weekend shifts every 6 weeks and one night shift per week on-call, with a 24-hour call shift pattern

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
