Travel Nurse RN - Endoscopy - $2,340 per week

Endoscopy Lab Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Boise, Idaho. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in an Endoscopy unit that supports various procedural suites, including main operating room, cardiovascular operating room, and intensive care unit. The RN will perform a range of endoscopic procedures for diverse patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric patients, with a focus on sedation administration and intra-procedural support.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in an Endoscopy unit
• Perform endoscopic procedures for pediatric and geriatric patients
• Administer sedation, including propofol
• Float between Pre-op, Intra-op, and Post-op/PACU areas within the Endoscopy unit
• Participate in rotating night calls once per week (30-minute response time)
• Participate in holiday call rotation

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• At least 1 year of inpatient hospital endoscopy experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Comfortable with sedation administration

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience preferred

Schedule

• 4 days per week, 9-hour shifts (starting between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM)
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Orientation: 3-4 shifts with a preceptor
• Uniform dress code and scrub color provided by the hospital
