Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize care needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and responses
- Assist in emergency procedures and trauma interventions
- Document patient information and care activities thoroughly
- Follow hospital protocols and safety standards
- Provide compassionate patient care and support
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of ER/Trauma nursing experience
- Active RN license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
