Job Details
- Position: ER Nurse in a Level 1 Trauma Center, specializing in trauma and emergency care.
- Location: The healthcare facility is a trauma center with 65 beds, including trauma bays and multiple patient pods.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours each, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Illinois nursing license or proof of application
- BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and at least 2 years of ER nursing experience, including experience with critical and trauma patients.
Additional Information
- Candidates should be proficient in managing vasopressor and cardiac drips, interpreting rhythms, and working with emergency equipment such as vents, CPAP, BIPAP, and high-flow oxygen devices.
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system is expected.

Pay and Schedule
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
