- Scheduling requirements: 4wk schedule posts 2wks prior to start date, preferred three 12hr shifts/wk
- Floating policy: ER hold unit while at capacity, rare during summer months
- Patient Experience requirements: 30-1hr patient rounding and bedside shift report

Advanced Skills Needed
Assist in intubation and emergency lifesaving procedures. Procedures performed on unit: Chest tubes, Moderate sedation, LP, laceration repair, blood products
