About the role
The position is for a travel nurse RN in the Emergency Department (ED) at a hospital in Johnson City, New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients presenting with acute medical conditions
- Perform diagnostic tests and administer treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain patient records and communicate with family members regarding patient status
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience in emergency department setting preferred
Pay
$18.50 per hour
Schedule
36 hours per week, rotating shifts of 12 hours (days, evenings, nights)
