Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,620 per week

About the Role

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Asheville, North Carolina. This is a travel position with a duration of 14 weeks, requiring 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center with a high-volume ED (>100,000 visits).
• Float to all sections within the ED (no floating outside the ED).
• Use Baxter pumps and GE monitors for patient care.
• Document using the Cerner system.
• Demonstrate teamwork, provide real-time coaching and feedback, and maintain flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.

Requirements

• 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an ER setting.
• Experience in a Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center preferred.
• Previous HCA experience preferred.
• Certifications required before start date: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS.
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire.
