Requirements
Must have (candidates without these skills will not be considered):
- Completed 2‑3 travel assignments
- 2‑3 years ER experience
- Active VA RN/Compact License
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC certifications
Preferred (candidates with these skills will be considered first):
- Experience in high‑acuity, fast‑paced, high‑volume ERs
- Experience with patient ratios of 5:1
- Procedures performed: RSI, sepsis interventions, stroke protocol with tPA administration, central line placement, care of psych patients, transfers to other facilities (EMTALA)
