Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,470 per week

About the role

Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Gainesville, Florida. This is a 16-week assignment starting 09/21/2026 with a 36-hour work week on 12-hour night shifts (1900–0730). Variable days are required, including weekends and holidays. No block scheduling is in place. Travel nursing experience is required, and local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible.

• No RTO (Requested Time Off) permitted during the first 2 weeks of any new assignment.
• Maximum of 10 days RTO allowed for a 13-week contract.
• Unplanned Time Off (UTO) may result in contract cancellation if missed shifts are not made up to meet contract obligations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department RN experience.
• Most recent 12 months must include one or more assignments at:
  • An academic medical center (preferred), or
  • A Level I or Level II Trauma Center in a major metropolitan area.
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience.
• Recent experience working in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center.
• Required certifications & licensure:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS or ENPC
  • Florida RN License or Compact RN License at time of submission.
• Preferred certifications: TNCC.
• Recent EPIC experience clearly listed in submission packet.
