Requirements

• Recent high-acuity Emergency Department RN experience in Level I/II or Level III/IV trauma settings
• Strong skills in rapid assessment, stabilization, medication administration, and emergency patient care
• Proficient in telemetry interpretation, including identifying heart blocks and dysrhythmias
• Experienced managing busy ED environments with 1:4–5 patient ratios based on acuity
• Critical care and EPIC experience preferred; previous travel experience a plus
• Flexible to float to Psych ED and Pedi ED for patients age 15+
