Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,367 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Puyallup, Washington. Assignment starts 11/02/2026, lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week (12‑hour shifts) covering days, evenings, and nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention.
• Recognize and effectively treat life‑threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Apply knowledge of general and specific health issues to urgent treatment.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients’ physical and mental health.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required depending on the position.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) and includes weekly pay plus a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
