Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,367 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Tacoma, Washington. The assignment begins 11/02/2026, lasts 13 weeks, involves 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts, and is a travel position with a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention.
• Recognize and effectively treat life‑threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a wide range of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues relevant to emergency care.
• Understand and apply triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required depending on the position.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.
