About the role

Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse position providing critical emergency care in a fast-paced, high-volume ER environment. The role focuses on rapid assessment, treatment, trauma, acute illness, and injury stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care in a high-volume, fast-paced ER setting
• Perform rapid patient assessments and deliver timely treatment
• Stabilize patients with trauma, acute illnesses, and injuries

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Minimum 3 years of current Emergency Room experience
• Work history skills checklist
• Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Own vehicle required
• All references and licenses must be uploaded with profile
• Scheduling requests must be made at submission; requests after offer may be rescinded

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meditech Expanse software

Schedule

• Nights, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum 36 hours per week
