Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,180 per week

About the role

Emergency Room (ER) nurse position available in an acute care setting. This role involves managing a busy ER with trauma level 4 designation, providing independent patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy ER with trauma level 4 designation.
• Provide independent patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure quality patient outcomes and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle ER holds, triage, and ongoing patient care.
• Perform telemetry monitoring, x-ray or CT in the ER, phlebotomy, and respiratory treatments.
• Work shift rotations that include weekends and holidays, with occasional call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid RN license to submit.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Located within the required state or region.

• Ability to function independently as an experienced ER RN.

Schedule

• Shifts: either 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
• Minimum 36 hours per week (12‑hour shifts).
