This position involves providing urgent care to patients across all ages, from birth to death, in a fast-paced Emergency Department. The role requires critical thinking, stamina, and excellent patient interaction skills to effectively manage a diverse patient population. Job Details Position Description: ER Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality emergency care to a variety of patient needs within an acute care environment. Must have experience with strokes, STEMI s, trauma, and critical care equipment. Required Qualifications: RN certification, valid license, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NIHSS certifications, a minimum of 2 years of ER experience, and CERNER EHR system familiarity. Schedule: The shift is from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: The unit features 32 beds with patient ratios of 1-4 or 1-5, equipped with critical care tools. The nurse must demonstrate good patient experience skills, critical care thinking, stamina, and energetic personality fit. Dress code is scrubs in any color, with professional attire required outside of uniform.
