Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $1,692 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse for an Emergency Department (ED) assignment in Kansas City, Missouri.

About the role

This is a travel nursing position at a hospital, offering an opportunity to provide emergency nursing care during 7P-7A shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in the ER setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient status and update medical records accordingly.
• Collaborate with unit staff to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Follow unit policies and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Prioritizing and time management skills.
• De-escalation course completion.
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) preferred.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 19:00 - 07:00 (7P-7A).
• 36 hours per week.
• Contract length: 13 weeks, starting ASAP.

Pay

Pay range: $1,790.32 - $1,879.84 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
