Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Assist in triaging and stabilizing patients with diverse medical needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Cerner.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and patient experience protocols, including AIDET and respectful behavior.
• Maintain required certifications prior to start date, including ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC (within 90 days).
