Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $1,479 per week

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department (ED) in Cleveland, Ohio. The role is for an Emergency Room - ER RN travel nurse position, with an immediate opening. The right RN should have 1‑2 years recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions.
• Care for patients in a fast‑paced, urgent and emergency environment.
• Perform minor medical operations.
• Advise patients and family on illnesses or injuries.
• Plan long‑term care needs.
• Document medical history.
• Check for patient allergies.
• Obtain patient vital signs.
• Monitor patients' emotional and physical well‑being.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.

Requirements
