Travel Nurse RN - CVOR - $2,980 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a 13‑week assignment at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana (211 4th Street). The position is in the Surgery unit, which includes 9 OR suites, 1 GU suite, and 3 Women’s OR suites, with a 1:1 patient ratio. Responsibilities involve cardiovascular, orthopedic, neurosurgical, gynecologic, plastics, and robotic‑assisted procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing general, orthopedic, neurosurgical, gynecologic, plastics, and robotic‑assisted surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team as a scrub or circulating nurse in the CVOR suite.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to the 1:1 patient ratio in the OR.
• Follow hospital policies, including the no‑float policy.
• Participate in call rotation as required (1‑2 days per weekend and every 4th weekend).

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Recent cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) experience.
• Ability to commute >50 miles from residence.
• Availability for a 13‑week travel assignment starting 10/26/2026.
