Job Details
Member of interdisciplinary team providing and managing patient care using nursing process.
Promotes evidence-based practice through nursing protocols and procedures.
Develops individualized care plans collaboratively with patient/family and healthcare team.
Affirms patient status via interview, observation, and physical assessment.
Utilizes interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
Evaluates and documents patient progress throughout shift.
Modifies care plans based on patient condition changes.
Demonstrates professional accountability and seeks continued self-development.
Maintains current knowledge and skills in evidence-based nursing practice.
Demonstrates technical knowledge of equipment and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant nursing experience.
- Illinois state RN License in good standing required.
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification required.
- ACLS (American Heart Association) certification required.
- BSN degree required.
Schedule Information
- Day shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Unit Specific Information
- Specialty: RN - CMH Open Heart (Cardiac specialty).
