Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, CVOR Experience: 1 year
• Licenses: RN-NY
• Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
• Must have strong neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular experience
• EPIC Experience
• Trauma levels need to be included on every work entry.
• Work history must be updated to current date
