About the role
MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Aurora, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Administers medications, checks vital signs, and alerts doctors of major patient changes.
- Liaises between doctors and patients, ensuring their welfare and communicating with family members.
- Ensures patient comfort through daily care, including post-open-heart surgery and heart transplant patients.
- Educates patient families about ongoing care needs.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Accredited nursing program degree
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care CVICU setting

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
36 hours per week, 12 hours shift, nights.
