Travel Nurse RN - CVICU - $2,350 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) assignment in Baltimore, Maryland.

About the role

This 13-week contract offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, starting on August 24, 2026. The position is open to both local and travel candidates and is based in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for post-operative cardiac surgery patients in a Cardiovascular Surgical ICU.
• Monitor and manage ventilators, CRRT, Swan-Ganz catheters, epicardial wires, pacemakers, vasoactive medication titration, and support level 1 IABP and ECMO as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record system.

Pay

Pay range: $2,486.84 - $2,611.18 per week, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
