About the role
7p-7a shift in a 16-bed unit using Meditech. Advanced skills needed: PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring required; preferred experience with IABP, Impella, and CRRT. Procedures performed on unit include care for immediate post-operative cardiac surgery patients (ECMO, Centrimags, HM3 LVADS), central line insertion, Swan insertion, and intubations.
