Travel Nurse RN - CVICU - $2,349 per week
About the role
The Great facility near Springfield, Illinois is seeking a registered traveling Cardio Vascular Nurse. Open heart experience is preferred. One day and one night position currently available. Current IL licensure is required as well as PALS, ACLS and BCLS.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring intensive cardiovascular monitoring and treatment.
- Assess, document, and manage patient conditions according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform invasive procedures as necessary under the supervision of a physician.
Requirements
- Current IL licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- PALS, ACLS, and BCLS certifications.
- One year of experience in CVICU preferred.
- Open heart experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of CVICU practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including 12-hour shifts and nights.
