About the role
Nurses are required to respond to trauma red calls, code blue calls, and rapid response calls for the facility. The facility has cardiovascular surgical patients in the ICU along with trauma, and a blended ICU with a vast variety of patients.
Responsibilities
- Respond to trauma red calls, code blue calls, and rapid response calls
- Provide care for cardiovascular surgical patients in the ICU
- Manage a diverse patient population in a blended ICU setting
Requirements
- 2 years of CVICU experience as a Registered Nurse
- Active RN license (Compact Accepted)
- ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
- SSN and DOB required for compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- TNCC certification
- AZ or compact state RN license
- CVICU (Open Heart) experience
- Prior travel nursing experience
Location

Pay
Pay rate: $2,043.00 - $2,148.00 per week. Pay package includes tax-free stipend (amount to be determined) based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
