Duties Responsibilities
- Administers medications, checks vital signs, and alerts doctors of any major changes in the patient's condition.
- Absorbs as liaison between doctors and patients, ensuring their welfare and relaying important information to family and friends.
- Ensures daily care for patients, focusing on their comfort.
- Takes care of patients following open-heart surgery.
- Takes care of heart transplant patients.
- Educates the patient’s family on the ongoing needs and care of the patient.
