Fusion Medical Staffing is recruiting a travel nurse RN for a CVICU position in Nashville, Tennessee. The position is for 13 weeks starting August 10, 2026, with 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a CVICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications
Essential Work Functions
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients
- Administer complex medications and treatments
- Operate and manage advanced life support equipment
- Maintain patient safety and comfort
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses
- Communicate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Perform quality improvement initiatives
Required Essential Skills

- Ability to read/write in English
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, follow verbal instructions, and use a computer
- Physical abilities: remain in a stationary position, move about, lift up to 100 lbs, push, pull, and bend
- Interpersonal skills: work effectively with a variety of personnel
- Technical/motor skills: perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and using department equipment
- Mental requirements: cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers, work under close supervision, work without assistance from other personnel, work continuously with attention to detail, and deal with irregular activity schedules
- Sensory: possess visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate
