Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Revenue Integrity subject matter expert for assigned service lines
  • Lead charge capture improvement initiatives and reconciliation activities
  • Conduct chart/bill audits and support third-party payer audits
  • Assess revenue cycle processes including registration, coding, documentation, billing, reimbursement, and compliance
  • Identify revenue opportunities, process improvements, and quick wins
  • Manage multiple complex projects and communicate findings to key stakeholders
  • Prepare and present revenue cycle assessment reports
  • Partner with PFS, Billing Compliance, Internal Audit, and Revenue Analytics
  • Support accurate reimbursement and improved charge capture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical program — Required
  • 5+ years of clinical experience as an RN, APN, or related clinical specialist
  • RN license — Required
  • Pennsylvania RN license — Required
  • Experience with billing and documentation systems
  • Working knowledge of coding rules
  • Strong experience with audits, documentation, billing, and revenue cycle processes
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • CPC certification preferred
  • Pediatric clinical experience preferred

Pay

Up to $60/hr on W-2

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST
