About the role
The position is located in Massachusetts and involves serving as a primary contact in a clinic setting. The role requires guiding students through enrollment processes in a virtual primary-care environment, including registration, documentation, and support during virtual visits. The work schedule is primarily during daytime hours, with no weekend or call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and document vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, SpO₂, respiratory rate)
- Verify medication lists, prescriptions, over-the-counter products, vitamins, and supplements
- Support patient connection to virtual-visit platforms
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in primary care and/or health services
- Must be separated from the organization for at least six months to be considered
- Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
Schedule
- Start date: 08/24/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- No weekend or call responsibilities
