Travel Nurse RN - Clinic - $2,360 per week

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN for a clinic position in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The role focuses on orthopedic surgery services within an ambulatory clinic that provides comprehensive outpatient care, care coordination, minor procedures, and patient education as part of a larger health system. The facility emphasizes interprofessional collaboration and patient‑ and family‑centered care. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively as an active member of an interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family centered care.
• Systematically and continuously collect and assess data related to patient health status to develop, execute, and evaluate plans of care.
• Utilize evidence‑based practice to drive clinical decisions related to individual and population health.
• Establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs across settings with patients, families, and other care providers.
• Consider factors related to safety, effectiveness, and fiscal accountability in planning and delivering care.
• Delegate and supervise care in accordance with the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and assume responsibility for professional development.
• Perform patient care coordination, direct patient care, and patient education.
• Conduct telephone triage and eVisits.
• Perform and assist with in‑clinic minor procedures.
• May float to other areas as needed for operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN or circulator with a strong emphasis in orthopedic surgery including total hips and knees.
• Ability to delegate and supervise care in accordance with the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act.

Pay

Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,360 (based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined).

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts.
