Responsibilities
- Medications review
- Patient education
- Reviewing after visit summaries
- Managing electronic health record in-basket
- Clinically managing patients and caregivers
- Triage calls
- Medication reconciliation
- Chart reviews
- Collaborating with pharmacy, social work, and nutrition disciplines
Requirements
- RN license
- BLS certification
- 2 years of pediatric or family practice experience
- Prior work experience within any Johns Hopkins facilities with at least one full year gap before reapplying as a traveler

Pay and Schedule
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
