Travel Nurse RN - Clinic - $2,200 per week

About the role
- Work Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- No weekend rotation, on-call, or holiday expectations required
- Minimum 2 years of experience required; clinic or inpatient/acute care experience is acceptable
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- EMR system: EPIC preferred but not required for strong RN candidates
- IV Pump equipment: Alaris
- Required certification: BLS
- Scrub color: Any color
- Free parking available on-site in designated lot
- No floating required
Responsibilities
- Phone triage, in-basket management, and medication refills
- Administer adult vaccinations when needed
- Assist with rooming patients and obtaining vitals on occasion
- Start IVs for patients requiring IV fluids as needed (rare occurrence)
- Respond to any emergency situations that arise within the clinic
- Work alongside MAs, Patient Care Representatives, Lead Nurse, Site Supervisor, PT, X-ray staff, and a Diabetic Educator
Facility
This outpatient clinic operates as a family medicine facility serving a diverse patient population ranging from birth to geriatrics, including some OB patients. The facility features 20 total exam rooms and sees an average of 60 to 80 patients per day, with a patient mix consisting of approximately 35% well visits, 15% acutely sick, and a significant number of chronic disease management patients. The clinic is well-staffed with a supportive team environment and offers a structured orientation period working alongside the Lead RN.

Pay
Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,200 plus a $500 contract completion bonus. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
