Our 8-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) is a high-acuity unit providing complex monitoring and treatment of adult cardiac patients. The CICU receives patients from the Cath Lab, ED, and Acute Care areas who require specialized cardiac care. Nurses must exhibit high levels of professional competency and collaborate with all disciplines of the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a pleasant, comfortable, and safe patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide complex monitoring and treatment for adult cardiac patients in a high-acuity CICU setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
