Position Summary
RN Utilization Review
Position Duties
- Review patient medical records to assess the appropriateness and medical necessity of hospital admissions, continued stays, and services
- Coincide with providers and payers to ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and efficient use of healthcare resources
Minimum Required Qualifications
- FL/compact RN license
- BLS
- CCM/CMCN
- 2-5 years utilization management experience (hospital-based)
- Skilled experience with remote work
Length of Assignment
13 weeks
Shift / Hours Per Week
- M-F 8A-4:30P
- Every fifth weekend rotation
